We will also provide individualized services based on your current needs. We offer peace of mind to know that the clinicians are providing you with the best care possible, that you and your loved ones understand the plan of care, and that you are following the plan.
Types of services include:
* Physician and Hospital Review
* Attendance at office or hospital visits
* Coordination of ancillary services, including transportation and home care assistance.
* Appointment reminders
* Treatment/Procedudre follow-up phone calls
* Review treatment plan.
The cost for these services is based upon your needs, but a few examples are provided below:
1. Have an RN attend an office visit within 30 minutes from My Medical Advisor is $45.00 for a hour appointment, and $15.00 for each additional hour.
2. Arrange for a ride (there may be a seperate charge from the transportation company) to an appointment and follow-up phone call after the appointment is $15.95.
3. An RN accompanies you to the hospital for a surgical proceedure will be $45.00 for first hour and then an hourly rate of $30.00 for each additional hour.
4. Have someone sit with your loved one while you are unable to be there will also be based on an hourly rate of $17.00-19.00.
